  27. Yeah, WinImages is similar to ImageFX in many ways.  You can load up many 
  28. diferent picture formats and save them out in just as many.  It's got 
  29. some great image processing features and special effect generators.  It 
  30. even lets you play them back in an animation to see what it looks like.  
  31. Defenitely a good program (and growing one) that should get even better 
  32. from month to month.  No real manual (all online) but Blackbelt claims it 
  33. does this because they are constantly modifying and improving the 
  34. program, so printed manuals would become obsolete by the time they were 
  35. printed.  Makes sense, but like someone already pointed out, a lot of us 
  36. read manuals or other material when we're not around the computer.
